Ptarmigan Land has a great track record in taking land promotion projects from conception to completion and creating visionary and innovative developments. Our strategy minimises the work for our partners and helps create real value for the land.

We have developed plans to turn a 150 acre green field site in Truro into a 1,000 homes development with the potential to add a large supermarket. We sold the land for fifty times the farmland value before planning was obtained. We have done work on listed buildings in Exeter which has transformed a rundown backwater into a new and vibrant community.

We have put together a high quality residential scheme for up to 750 homes in a beautiful lakeland landscape just outside Chelmsford, which is due for consent shortly.

We are currently developing plans to turn a 400 acre site at Attleborough in Norfolk into a 4,000 home village. As with all our proposals, the plans have been developed with the local community in mind and are both innovative and environmentally aware.

We are working on a smaller scheme at Hethersett just outside Norwich, and after extensive consultations with the local community and the planning authority have submitted an application for 1,196 new homes in line with Council policy.
