Hugo is a co-founder of the group and has been involved in property all his working life, refurbishing and developing both residential and commercial properties as well as obtaining planning. He has had an entrepreneurial career, including property, IT and trading in the derivatives and financial markets. Hugo was educated at Ampleforth, Southampton University and London Business School. He is a Financial Accountant and holds the Corporate Finance qualification. He is a member of the Academy of Urbanism. He is married with three children and a keen sportsman on mountain, water and field.

Charles is a co-founder of the group and has spent his whole career in property. He was with Jones Lang LaSalle in London and the Far East for almost twenty years and has a wealth of experience. Charles has a BSc Hons in Urban Estate Surveying and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is married with three children and lives near Hungerford in Berkshire. He is a keen follower of Rugby and other sports.

Craig is an experienced Development Manager who has been with Ptarmigan since January 2006. He started his career at Davis Langdon where he became a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and went on to work for Land Securities Trillium as a Capital Investment Manager. Since being at Ptarmigan Land, Craig has been responsible for managing and delivering all projects undertaken. He has extensive experience working with consultants and has played a leading role in a number of large schemes. He spends much of his time in the field reviewing and managing project operations.
